About The Standard of Four Corners
The Standard of Four Corners project will be a mixed-use project with 392 dwelling units and approximately 15,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. In the 392 units, 35 will be affordable to households at 80 percent of the area median income and 17 will be affordable to households at 120 percent of the area median income.

Solution
