About Abu Dhabi UAE Al Dhafra PV2 Project
The Abu Dhabi UAE Al Dhafra PV2 Project is the largest photovoltaic solar project in the world.
The total project budget is about 1 billion US dollars. After the project is completed, it can simultaneously meet the electricity demand of 160,000 households and reduce 2.4 million tons of carbon dioxide emissions every year, equivalent to the emissions of 200,000 cars.

The temperature difference between day and night in the desert is very large, which places extremely high demands on the high and low temperature performance of PVC conduits. In addition, long-term sunlight or UV has a great impact on the plastic itself, which will cause the plastic pipe to become brittle faster and lose its function of protecting the cable.

By improving the formula and upgrading the product, the solar conduits provided by Ledes have been optimized for conditions with large temperature differences between day and night and long-term exposure to the outdoors, ensuring normal operation under harsh working conditions and providing maximum protection for the cables.
