About The Standard of Four Corners
The Standard of Four Corners project will be a mixed-use project with 392 dwelling units and approximately 15,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. In the 392 units, 35 will be affordable to households at 80 percent of the area median income and 17 will be affordable to households at 120 percent of the area median income.
The Challenge
This project is a university apartment building, which has very strict requirements on design and building materials. This is very reasonable because it is necessary to protect the health of students.
Solution
Ledes customized Schedule 40 and Schedule 80 PVC conduits and fittings, which exceeded the relevant UL standards. Not only the physical properties such as impact resistance, but also the fire resistance reached the UL94 V-0 5VA standard, maximizing the safety of students.
